The staff at this hotel were excellent! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and provided quick and helpful service. The lobby was clean and inviting, and the rooms were in good condition. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel provided power strips for convenient charging of electronics. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which was a great bonus for staying connected during my stay.

The cleanliness of the rooms could have been improved, with some crumbs and stray hairs left behind. The temperature control in the room was also an issue, with the need to keep a window open to maintain a comfortable temperature.

The location of this hotel is great, situated in a business district directly off Interstate 43 and in an urban area. It is also close to some amazing restaurants at the Bayshore shopping area, making it a convenient choice for food lovers. the rooms are comfortable, with sleep number beds and plenty of pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff is friendly and responsive, providing excellent service.

The building itself could use some updates, but it doesn't take away from the overall positive experience.

They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient, and the highlight was definitely the King-sized sleep number bed. It was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep.

Foul odor in hallways, staff did not replace glasses when cleaned room, and did not pick up room service tray in a timely manner.

The night staff could not tell me how to get to my room from inside. The floor plan is very confusing. A map was not offered and trying to find breakfast, doors to inside or out, anyone to show you what you needed was not offered. We were just pointed in the right direction. Which was not helpful!

Conveniently located near the mall and lake, this hotel was a good deal. the rooms were clean and the food served at the adjoining restaurant went down well. the staff were helpful and courteous. the sleep number beds were very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay over the xmas period.

My only complaints is that the whirlpool was cold.

When we arrived to check in, they did not have our reservation and were not very helpful or friendly at the front desk.

I liked nothing about this hotel.

There were ants in the bathroom, there was mildew all over the shower, and the sheets smelled like urine.

Bathroom was a disappointment. The tub would not drain until after shower done - there was about 6-7 inches of water in the tub. Gross! I noticed stains on picture on wall. The room was "cleaned" but obviously only surface cleaned. The rooms needed a good, deep cleaning. Check drains for proper drainage.
